I should start out by saying, I’m not saying this is the end of the world as we know it. I’m not saying Jesus is coming back today, this week, or even this year. What I intend to show with this post, is how current events could be lining up with Biblical prophesy, and how end times prophesy could come to pass without many people even realizing what is happening.
Jesus is coming back, and nobody knows when. The bible does give us some clues however, about what to look for. Jesus says in Matthew 24:32…
32“From the fig tree learn its lesson: as soon as its branch becomes tender and puts out its leaves, you know that summer is near. 33 So also, when you see all these things, you know that he is near, at the very gates. 34 Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
And while the prophesies seem like they would be impossible to miss, we also have to consider the possibility that at least some of those prophesies may be metaphorical rather than literal. I think this is a possibility because Jesus goes on to say in Matthew 24…
36“But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son,b but the Father only. 37For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 38For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, 39and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
So if the prophesies of Revelation are literal, then how could a person living on the earth not see, know and believe what is happening. Well many would say, there is a “rapture” of the church before the judgement prophesies of Revelations begin. One of the strongest arguments for this is the very next few verses from Matthew 24 where Jesus says….
40Then two men will be in the field; one will be taken and one left. 41Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken and one left. 42Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming. 43But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what part of the night the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and would not have let his house be broken into. 44Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
The words “taken” and “left” in the Greek here, can also mean “accepted” and “rejected” which is consistent with other language referencing the judgement between those who will enter into heaven when Jesus returns the final time. I tend to lean toward a single return and no rapture, but I sincerely hope, and certainly wouldn’t complain if I’m wrong. The bottom line is, we need to be ready and doing what we are supposed to be doing regardless. If there is no rapture and we are looking toward the second, and final coming of Jesus, then that’s when you really have to ask how can many of the end time prophesies come to pass and people not realize it. They will be so oblivious that they will be eating, drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, right up until the day of judgement according to Matthew 24:38.
So let’s look at some of things that are happening right now, and how they “could” be signs of the return of Jesus. At the end of my post, “The Facts About Masks” I provided 4 clear and evident points that a continuation of the current narrative about masks, leading to mandated vaccines, would align with the anti-christ and the mark of the beast. For the sake of keeping these thoughts together I’m going to copy and past that analysis below.
So the question we have to ask is, if masks won’t stop the spread of the virus, makes us more susceptible to this virus and others by weakening our immune system, and increases our likely hood of getting an infection through poor wearing habits, false sense of security, and may even cause serious health issues or death, then why is the CDC recommending that we wear them.
I personally believe the big pharmaceutical conspiracy theory that ties Bill Gates, Andrew Fauci, the WHO, and many others together along with the democratic party to achieve mutually beneficial goals, not the least of which is a multi-billion dollar profit for the vaccine, and the technology to verify who has had it and who has not.
However, what I know for sure is not a conspiracy theory is the Bible. In regards to end times, the mark of the beast, and the appearance of the anti-christ, there are a few things that we know to be true.
Revelation 13:16
“Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666.”
2 Thessalonians 2:4
“He will exalt himself and defy everything that people call god and every object of worship. He will even sit in the temple of God, claiming that he himself is God.”
Buying and Selling
The first thing I should mention is that without the mark of the beast, people will not be able to “buy or sell”. Already with masks, we are seeing some businesses that will not let you enter without one (you cannot buy), and the businesses are not allowed to open unless all employees are wearing one (they cannot sell).
I should interject here that I do not believe that masks are the mark of the beast, nor that it is a “sin” to wear a mask if you believe that it will protect you. I’m simply pointing out that this is a medical implement, that willfully, or un-willfully, you must wear in some places in order to “buy or sell”.
It is also being propagated that if you do not wear a mask, you are being selfish and don’t care about other people. Which leads us to the next step. Suppose that there is a vaccine. Then through the exact same philosophy and propaganda message, you might require that people had the vaccine before they were allowed to operate, or enter into places of businesses.
Mark on the Hand or Forehead
Something that always bothered me about the mark of the beast is that I thought, “surely people wouldn’t fall for that.” It would be too obvious if you had visible mark on your hand or forehead right? As long as the bible was still around there would be enough people that wouldn’t take it just because of that, and a bunch more because they didn’t want a visible tattoo. Then I found out about Bill Gates funding of the “invisible” tattoo that would indicate who had taken a vaccine and who had not.
So then we have an invisible mark (read by inferred light, or possibly a mobile device app), that would confirm whether you have had the vaccine for this virus, or whatever virus it is when this is forced upon us. I’m not saying for sure that this is the “mark of the beast”, but I’m just pointing out that now you have a “mark” or “tattoo” on your skin, probably your hand or forehead, without which you will not be able to buy or sell. They just have to setup scanners at the entrance of Kroger’s and other businesses to verify that you are safe to be around. Sound familiar?
In the Temple of God
Another thing that seemed to hinder the coming of the anti-christ before was that the temple was destroyed in 70 AD. Many of the eschatology experts that I have heard over the years have said that the temple must be rebuilt. The Jews are anxiously waiting to rebuild it and even have the necessary articles of worship ready to go. But what if the temple referred to here is actually the temple of the Holy Spirit, our bodies.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”
We know that the vaccine is actually placed in our bodies, which could be the “temple” that Thessalonians refers to, and the verification of whether you have taken the vaccine or not could be verified by an invisible tattoo or mark on your hand or forehead, without which you won’t be able to buy or sell.
Claiming That He Himself is God
So what about the “claiming himself to be God” part? God identifies himself as “healer”, “protector”, “deliverer”, “our strength”, and “our shield” among many other things. If you listen to the words of Bill Gates and Fauci (and probably others), you will hear the subtle hints that in order to be safe, protected, and healthy, you need a vaccine. They are essentially assuming the role of God and saying we are your healer, your protector, your shield against this virus (or any other virus). You cannot be healthy without our “shield” and if you don’t take it, you are a public nuisance that is putting the lives of all other people at risk.
Spiritual Summary
So right now, I see a clear and direct path to a system of control that matches the biblical prophesies regarding the anti-christ and the mark of the beast in several ways. If we follow the same direction and the propaganda message stays the same into the vaccine era, then we will have a mark on the hand or forehead, without which you will not be able to buy or sell. The creators of that mark and vaccine will have set themselves up in the temple of God, proclaiming themselves to be God.
I’m not saying that masks or even the quantum dot tattoo are the “mark of the beast”. I am saying that it seems an awful lot like a “dress rehearsal”, if not just the first phase to me. Already, those who refuse to wear a mask are being persecuted for their convictions. Imagine what it will be like in a few years if the media and big pharma continues to have their way. I sincerely hope that we have more time to do good and win the lost for Jesus. But I am also looking forward to His return!
Now for some I realize that this might be a shift of thinking. For years I’ve heard teachings about a “one world government”, and “one world currency” that would facilitate, and be required in order to prevent everyone from buying or selling, who don’t take the mark. Since the COVID19 scamdemic, I have realized that it wouldn’t be necessary to bring the world under a single government, or a single currency to do this. All that needs to be done, is to convince the leaders of the governments of the world, of a single invisible threat that they all must fight against together in order to maintain their way of life. So is there any evidence that the Mark of the beast could be related to pharmaceuticals instead of currency? I must give credit to J.D. Farag for some of this next section.
It turns out that when you see the word “sorcery” in Revelations, it was the Greek word, “Pharmakeia”, from which we get our word Pharmacy and pharmaceutical. The word in the Greek language literally means, “the use or the administering of drugs,” and “poisoning”. So let’s look at a couple of places that we find this word.
Revelation 18:23 (speaking of the destruction of Babylon)
23 The light of a lamp will never shine in you again, and the voices of a bride and bridegroom will never call out in you again. For your merchants were the great ones of the earth, because all the nations were deceived by your sorcery.”
Revelation 9:21 (speaking of those who survived the Six Trumpet plagues)
20 Now the rest of mankind who were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the works of their hands. They did not stop worshiping demons and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone, and wood, which cannot see or hear or walk. 21 Furthermore, they did not repent of their murder, sorcery, sexual immorality, and theft.
So in the case of Babylon, “all nations were deceived by your sorcery.” Perhaps this is speaking of the ancient city of Babylon and doesn’t apply to today. But what if it is symbolic of the age we now live in. I think we can certainly say that much of the world has been convinced right now that the big pharma industry coming out with a vaccine is the only hope that we have to return to “normal”. If that is the case, and all the horror stories about the effects of vaccines, and the fact they have never been tested together are true, then it would seem that the world today is “deceived by your use or the administration of drugs.”
The verse in Revelation chapter 9 would seem to definitely be an end times prophecy and indicates that those who were practicing sorcery, did not repent even after the sixth trumpet and corresponding plagues were released on the earth.
Another indicating that the mark of the beast may be pharmasuetical in nature rather than financial is found in the following verse.
Revelation 16:2 (The first of seven bowls of God’s wrath)
2 So the first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and harmful and painful sores came upon the people who bore the mark of the beast and worshiped its image.
Suppose the rushed to production, untested vaccine for COVID 19 causes severe side effects such as sores on the body. Since this is a medical issue that specifically effects those who have taken the mark and worshiped its image, it serves as another possible clue that the mark may be associated with a drug rather than a currency.
Now we’ve taken another giant leap toward the “end of the age” fulfilling bible prophesy yet again. I do not intend to teach theology, but rather point out some correlation between biblical prophecy and current events.
We’ll start in Matthew 24:3-8…
“…and what shall the sign of they coming, and of the end of the world? And Jesus answered and said to them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And you shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.”
The first phrase that we should address is “saying I am Christ”. While in most cases, this word can be used as a proper noun, indicating “the Christ” or “Jesus Christ”. However, the word in its basic form simply means anointed. So I submit the possibility that since it is not in any way linked to Jesus, and since the word “the” is not included in the original text, that this use of the word simply means “anointed”. In the Old Testament, the anointed represent the priesthood, “Also a name applied to others acting as redeemers”. zodhiates So essentially anyone who claims to be a spiritual leader, or fulfill the role of redeemer (the redemptive work of Jesus for instance includes healing, deliverance, protection, peace, provision, etc.), could be saying, “I am christ” (little “c”). As it goes on to say, “They shall deceive many”.
Remember the second “Gulf War” back in 2003. The thing that I remember particularly about that conflict is that there was just as much talk about the “reporting” of the war as their was about the war itself. The world watched in awe as even our missiles were equipped with video cameras. News footage all over the world was filled with reporters in the field, and cameras that captured every move of our soldiers, and confirmed the accuracy of the missile attacks. The word “rumors” in the next phrase makes us think of something we hear that isn’t true. “I heard a rumor” today almost insinuates that the information is false. However, this word in the Greek can also mean the act of hearing or the reporting of something. I was struck back then by the idea that we were hearing about the war, and about the “reporting” of the wars. Through new technology at the time, we had increased our ability to “hear” about the war, and many news platforms were talking about that just as much as the war itself.
Jesus goes on to say that, “nation shall rise against nation.” Both times the word nation is interpreted from the Greek word, “ethnos”, from which we get our word, Ethnic. This could mean, ethnic group shall rise against ethnic group, which we are seeing in the news today. This seems to flow with the following statement, “kingdom against kingdom” in which both words used for “kingdom” are “basileia” in the Greek, which does mean a kingdom or dominion of rule. Today that would probably be better translated as “nation” since there are very few countries ruled by a “king” these days, 10 to be exact. So together this could be interpreted as, “ethnic group shall rise against ethnic group, and nation against nation.”
While not as widespread as the news media would like to portray it, the ethnic violence has risen to new heights in the last few weeks. Riots, destruction of property, police ambushes and more have popped up all over the country in response to the alleged murder of George Floyd. In addition to this, tensions between the US and China are on the rise in the aftermath of the COVID 19 cover up orchestrated by the Chinese Communist Party in conjunction with the WHO. Power drunk governors and mayors all over the country are threatening citizens with fines and jail time for activities that are protected by the constitution. The media is stirring up hate for any one who opposes their liberal opinions, including the president and Christians.
Around the world right now many places that were struggling for food before, are now starving due to the COVID crisis. When you combine this with the locusts in Africa and India, flooding in China, and many other issues around the world, I believe the food crisis is only going to get worse. You may not be experiencing this here in America, but many people around the world are starving.
Since most of the COVID situation was man made I won’t count it as a true pestilence. However, swarms of locusts are most definitely a pestilence by definition. It can be a disease or something that is severely destructive.
There continue to be seismic activity all over the world in unusual places.
In Joel chapter 2 verse 30-21…. (that is quoted in Acts 2 as well…)
“I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.”

Hosea 4:1-3 says this….
“Hear the word of the Lord, ye children of Israel: for the Lord hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land. 2 By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they (destroy), and blood toucheth blood. 3 Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.”
So now let’s look closely at Revelation chapter 6. This chapter covers the first 6 seals that are opened in heaven right before either the rapture or the return of Jesus. Again, I’m not saying “this is it!”. I’m not even saying I’m right about this. I’m just saying, “what if”. What if it isn’t as obvious as we thought it was going to be. The opening of the first seal goes like this…
1Now I watched when the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures say with a voice like thunder, “Come!” 2And I looked, and behold, a white horse! And its rider had a bow, and a crown was given to him, and he came out conquering, and to conquer.
The color white can represent many things, one of which is surrender. Right now much of world has “surrendered” to the narrative of the media, willing to give up whatever necessary in order to avoid the “plague” of COVID 19. The powers that be are marching forward conquering, and for the purpose of conquering. In that phrase we see what they are doing which is taking power. We also see their motivation, which is to take power. They are not doing it because they care about people, they are doing it for power. That power comes through money. The best explanation of how that works can be found in Rabbi Lapin’s book, “Thou Shalt Prosper”.
The rider of the horse has a “bow” which is only used once in the NT, and it appears to mean a bow like what is used to shoot arrows. One connection I see here is the “fiery darts (arrows)” shot by the devil at believers in Ephesians 6:16…
16 In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil.
The root of that word “bow” (which is Toxon in the Greek… I won’t even mention that it looks and sounds like toxin.. OK I just did) is tikto. That word means to bring forth, bear, or produce, all seeming to have derived from a seed. We of course know that Word of God is referenced as a seed, and many believers understand that all words are seeds. So this rider carries a bow, probably used to shoot arrows representing seeds or words which are designed to produce a desired result in the hearers of those words. To me, the mainstream media, and all social media platforms have become that “bow”.
The other item given to the rider of the white horse, is a crown. This crown is not the crown given to a king to show their authority. This is a crown given to winners of a race, to show civic worth, military valor, etc. In other words, this could represent the symbol of a crown, not the crown of a king. Did you know what “corona” means? The word literally means, “crown”. This name has been given to SARS-CoV-2 and many other viruses because of their appearance under a microscope which resembles a crown as viewed from above. Again, I’m not saying the crown given to this rider is the novel corona virus. I’m just saying, “what if it is?”
Next we see the opening of the second seal which goes like this…
3When he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!” 4And out came another horse, bright red. Its rider was permitted to take peace from the earth, so that people should slay one another, and he was given a great sword.
The color red sometime represents the Blood of Jesus, but could also just represent blood in general, which would be consistent with what this rider does. He takes peace from the earth so that people slay one another. I mentioned earlier some of the anarchy and chaos going on which flowed right out of the COVID 19 “crisis”. One minute everyone is panicking about a crown shaped virus, then they are rioting in the street, and killing each other, police officers, and civilians who were just trying to protect their livelihoods. It’s as if these two seals were released one right after the other, in the same order they are listed in Revelations.
To this rider was also given a sword, which can represent the Word of God, but could also represent words in general. It could also represent a real weapon used to kill people. Perhaps large numbers of people being used to kill other people as we have seen in some places are that sword. Figuratively the Greek word used here could represent war, or judicial punishment.
5When he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” And I looked, and behold, a black horse! And its rider had a pair of scales in his hand. 6And I heard what seemed to be a voice in the midst of the four living creatures, saying, “A quarta of wheat for a denarius,b and three quarts of barley for a denarius, and do not harm the oil and wine!”
With the next seal we see an extreme altering of the financial value and availability of some products. Not all products. It would appear that many supply chains for food and goods have been broken so that some things are way more expensive and hard to get than others. Bread and barley are used for examples here. Much of the world is in a terrible situation right now and cannot get food at all. Americans have been buffered from the real financial effects of the COVID 19 situation in regards to food (although rice is still hard to find). Our missionaries for instance tell us that they cannot get food where they are and people who were struggling before are now going hungry. Other commodities however such as oil have actually decreased in price and is still relatively low. Wine and other liquors have remained readily available at least here in the US. Their profits have soared as alcohol and other vice product sales have skyrocketed.
7When he opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, “Come!” 8And I looked, and behold, a pale horse! And its rider’s name was Death, and Hades followed him. And they were given authority over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword and with famine and with pestilence and by wild beasts of the earth.
The pale horse would be a yellowish color like when grass is withered from the heat. This could represent a drought that is about to occur but could also represent the general population’s opinion and emotional state in regards to the lock downs. That would be consistent with the other interpretations of the horses color in that it relates to the state of people. The state of the people, whether mental, emotional, or spiritual is what the rider is transported on.
This is the first time we get the rider’s name and it is Death. He is followed by Hades. He will have authority over a fourth of the earth. Now some would immediately say that 25% of the people on the planet are about to die. However, I don’t think that is what it says. This rider will have “authority” over 25% of the planet. This could be a geographical reference. You can try to figure out what countries combined would account for 25% of the planet, but it might be apparent by just looking at where people are dying. Another way to look at it is by population, and China already accounts for 20% of the world population. Many countries now are aligning against China over the COVID cover up. If that hypothesis is correct then this one could be about to be opened.
9When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the witness they had borne. 10They cried out with a loud voice, “O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you will judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” 11Then they were each given a white robe and told to rest a little longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brothersc should be complete, who were to be killed as they themselves had been.
Just like the Jews throughout history who were practically untouched by major plagues, which resulted in persecution, I think that many Christians are about to come under persecution like never before. This seal seams to foreshadow that many Christians will be martyred to join those under the alter who were given white robes and asked to wait a little longer.
12When he opened the sixth seal, I looked, and behold, there was a great earthquake, and the sun became black as sackcloth, the full moon became like blood, 13and the stars of the sky fell to the earth as the fig tree sheds its winter fruit when shaken by a gale. 14The sky vanished like a scroll that is being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place. 15Then the kings of the earth and the great ones and the generals and the rich and the powerful, and everyone, slaved and free, hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains, 16calling to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who is seated on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb, 17for the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?”
I don’t see any other metaphorical interpretation here. I think this is when it really gets bad and there are really earthquakes and natural disasters the likes of which mankind has not experienced before. All I can say at this point is you had better be ready to meet Jesus.
I’m no eschatology expert but I’ve heard someone suggest that the seals, bowls, and trumpets actually occur simultaneously rather than in consecutive order as they are listed. I haven’t researched that out but I think it would be prudent to at least mention a couple of the bowls that we see in Revelation.
This one is important to mention because it seems to confirm the idea that the mark of the beast could be related to a physical medicine or vaccine. I say that because the plague that comes upon those who have taken the mark of the beast is a physical ailment consistent with an allergic reaction, or the body rejecting a medicine.
2So the first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and harmful and painful sores came upon the people who bore the mark of the beast and worshiped its image.
4The third angel poured out his bowl into the rivers and the springs of water, and they became blood.
I found several articles and reports of rivers turning blood red in 2020 so I thought this might be relevant.
This also happened in Africa in 2018…
For Americans I will say that while this is all hypothetical, if the first 3 seals have been opened, we have been greatly sheltered from the effects of these events due to our incredible prosperity here. When the 4th seal is opened, it is entirely possible, if my geographical or population ideas are true, we may not even experience those things here in America. Christians have been slaughtered in other countries for years, and unless your church is actively involved in world missions, you may not even realize that is taking place. If it gets really bad, as in the 5th seal is opened, then you might hear a rogue news story about it. Then Facebook will probably FACT Check it, so you will think it is mostly false. Then go about your business as if nothing had changed or was about to happen.
My point is this, Jesus is coming back, and he could come back at any moment. If there is a rapture, which I sincerely hope there is, then in my mind it should have already happened, which means it could happen at any moment. If you are not ready to meet Him face to face, please pray a simple prayer, ask Him to forgive your sins and invite Him into your heart. Find a local church with a bible believing, Holy Spirit filled pastor, and get involved today. If you already know Jesus, then this is a time to rejoice! Know that regardless of whether any of this is accurate or not, He is returning soon and we are about to be reunited with our God forever!
